Rutger Barrdahl –TF CEO
Born 1960. MSc In Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology (Gothenburg, Sweden)
Mr Barrdahl has over 20 years of experience from senior positions within SKF AB where he has held positions such as Business Unit Head for automotive aftermarket, railway and aerospace. During his time in SKF he gained extensive experience in leading marketing, sales, manufacturing and R&D units in the USA, Asia and Europe.
Max Ortiz Catalan – Research Director
Born 1982. PhD in Signals and Systems, Chalmers University of Technology (Gothenburg, Sweden)
Dr. Ortiz Catalan specializes in the natural control of artificial limbs via osseointegrated implants. He has developed innovative technology for precise and reliable control of prostheses with direct neural sensory feedback, as well as novel treatments for phantom limb pain. He led the development of the world’s first robotic prosthesis integrated to bone, nerves and muscles. He is affiliated with the Biomedical Signals and Systems research group at Chalmers University of Technology, working in close collaboration with the Center for Advanced Reconstruction of Extremities (C.A.R.E.), Sahlgrenska University Hospital. Dr. Ortiz Catalan is regarded as an expert in his field and he is frequently invited as speaker at international scientific conferences and to lecture at universities worldwide.
Niklas Hofverberg – QA/RA Manager
Born 1972. MSc in Biomedical Engineering from Lund University (Lund, Sweden)
Mr. Hofverberg is an expert in quality and regulatory affairs, with extensive experience of medical device R&D, quality systems and regulatory legislation. He was CEO and a consultant for Hofverberg Medical AB, supporting various life science companies (2009-2014). He was previously Product Supply & QA Manager at QuickCool (2008-2010), Product Development Manager at Cochlear AB and Project Manager at AstraZeneca (1995-2003).
Maria Elena Lopez – COO
Born 1982. M.Sc. Biomedical engineering, Chalmers University of Technology (Gothenburg, Sweden)
Maria Lopez has a long experience from key business functions at Integrum including operations, sales and customer support. Maria is today the head of Integrum’s development projects and operations initiatives. Maria and her team did recently successfully launch the Integrum new implant system with a design that enables a stronger system and faster osseointegration. She has previously been working at Bosch Group as project manager and responsible for development Projects.
Thomas Pålsson – CFO (consultant)
Born 1952. MBA, Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law (Gothenburg, Sweden)
Thomas Pålsson has since the 1980ties primarily run his own business in accounting as consultant and interim CFO in his company Fullriggaren Konsult. Thomas has an extensive experience from life science-related engagements during the last 15 years. During the period 2001-2008, Thomas worked as CFO or business controller for the life science companies Arexis AB and Pharmasurgics AB.
Anna-Tove Brånemark - CEO Integrum Inc. & Clinical specialist
Born 1967. Reg. Nurse Gothenburg University (Gothenburg, Sweden)
Anna-Tove Brånemark has been working as product manager for Integrum’s surgical instruments and clinical specialist for more than six years. She has participated in numerous surgeries and been responsible for education of surgeons and other clinical staff. Anna-Tove is CEO for Integrum Inc. in U.S. and also clinical specialist responsible for education of American surgeons and clinical staff.
