Integrum expands and relocates to GoCo Health Innovation City
Mölndal, Sweden, June 13, 2022 – Integrum (publ) (Nasdaq First North Growth Market: INTEG B) announces today that the company will move its headquarter to GoCo Health Innovation City in Mölndal, Gothenburg. The relocation which will take place in the spring of 2023 is a logical next step for the company, as it has outgrown its current premises.
Integrum is experiencing strong commercial development and expansion. As a result, the company signed a contract today to relocate to new premises in the GoCo House, in the center of GoCo Health Innovation City, a new life science district in Gothenburg. The new city area is set to cover over 200 000 square meters of newly developed offices and facilities, with the aim of promoting knowledge exchange, business collaboration, and world-class innovation in life science and health care. Other innovative companies such as Siemens Healthineers and Xvivo Perfusion have already signed up as tenants in the new facility and global actors like AstraZeneca and Mölnlycke HealthCare are in the close neighborhood.

GoCo is being built in three phases. The building that Integrum will be located in is planned to be completed at the end of 2022, and Integrum will move in during the spring of 2023.
