Upcoming Event: Dr. Ortiz holding Keynote Lecture at ISPO World Congress 2019

Kyobe, Hyogo Japan is hosting the 17th International Society for Prosthetics and Orthotics (ISPO) World Congress between 5-8th October 2019.
ISPO is a global non-profit organization working towards improving the quality of life for people with reduced mobility. This is done by enahncing knowledge sharing and communication across scientific, clinical and educational platforms.
Dr. Max Ortiz Catalan will hold a keynote lecture on ‘Osseo-neuromuscular Integration of Prosthetic Limbs and Neurorehabilitation from Phantom limb pain ‘ on the 8th Oct. The lecture will cover the latest achievements on the clinical implementation of highly integrated prosthetic limbs and the future ahead. Additionally, he will speak on the treatment provided by Neuromotus, the Phantom Limb Pain treatment device launched by Integrum.
The congress will address an international and professionally diverse cohort of prosthetists and orthotists, prosthetic and orthotic (P&O) technicians, orthopedic surgeons, rehabilitation doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, orthopedic shoemakers, nurses and biomechanical/rehabilitation engineers.
