Integrum presents the OPRA™ Implant System at the American Association of Nurse Life Care Planners, AANLCP

The American Association of Nurse Life Care Planners (AANLCP) is the premier professional member organization of nurses and non-nurses working in the field of life care planning.

The AANLCP promotes education, collaboration, exchange of knowledge and research, and the establishment of industry standards in Nurse Life Care Planning. Nurse Life Care Planning in the US constitutes setting up a life care plan for an injured individual. The tool is then used for estimating the lifetime healthcare needs and associated costs for a patient with a catastrophic injury/illness and chronic health care issues.

Kurt Collier, the VP of Prosthetics at Integrum Inc, recently hosted a webinar for members of the AANLCP association on osseointegration and the surgical and rehabilitation procedures associated with the OPRA™ Implant System.

The purpose of the webinar was to educate society members and encourage discussion regarding the inclusion of the unique OPRA™ Implant System technology into future life care plans.

The recognition of the OPRA™ Implant System by well-reputed organizations such as the AANLCP, which plays a vital role in the care of injured individuals, clearly demonstrates the growing acceptance in the medical community of bone-anchored prostheses in the United States.
